As part of its development, SERVADOM is recruiting Salespeople in B to B and CH/F.

SERVADOM is a Cameroonian company providing pioneering services in the professionalization of the sector of domestic workers (nanny, cooks, driver, gardeners, etc.) that it makes available temporarily or permanently to its customers (individuals or companies)

 

 

 

YOUR ROLE : 

Prospecting new customers in order to develop its customer portfolio.

Network and participate in trade fairs or professional events in order to meet and win over potential customers.

Create commercial presentation materials according to its product and submit their approval to the hierarchy.

Provide relevant and adapted solutions to develop the turnover.

Write commercial proposals and specifications (feasibility, schedule, cost) for each potential client and submit for approval to their manager.

Maintain the customer relationship, retain existing customers and present new products (products and services).

 

 

 

 

Provide technical assistance by answering customer questions and change requests.

Establish a daily report of activities including a report of prospect/client appointments as well as an action plan.

Achieve predefined sales objectives and be proactive.

Detailed understanding of the service techniques of the products/services sold, of their specificities in order to offer customers appropriate solutions.

Demonstrate competitive intelligence and communicate on the innovations in force in relation to its activity.

SKILLS :

– have a minimum of bacc + 2 in one of the sectors below commerce, management, marketing, communication, law.

– have a minimum of 2 years field experience in the field of the sale of services/goods.

– have the following qualities : listening , empathy , interpersonal skills, capacity for analysis and synthesis , strength of conviction , leadership, resistance to stress, versatility and above all sympathy.

– excellent mastery of the office package
