For our needs, we are looking for young, dynamic and determined salespeople.

Missions

Reporting to the sales manager, the Seller will be responsible for:
Prospecting Customers;
Negotiate Orders with customers;
Deliver products to customers;
Manage and develop the company’s customer portfolio while ensuring the achievement of turnover and digital distribution objectives on a sanitary napkin campaign

COMMERCIAL AND MARKETING ACTIVITIES

– Ensure the digital distribution of all products in wallet ;
– Ensure optimal coverage of the different distribution routes;
– Observe scrupulous compliance with sales procedures;
– Ensure competitive intelligence;
– Provide customers with prices predefined by the company;
– Attend preparatory meetings for field actions;
– Make daily reports;

* Requirements and skills

Minimum BEPC, having had to do a sales job would be an asset
– Be between 18 and 30 years old
– Have an Android phone

– Good communication
– Good physical presentation
– Good negotiator
– Perseverance
– Be capable work under pressure

REMUNERATION: fixed and variable
Base salary: 50,000 Fcfa
Variable: 30,000 Fcfa
Transportation: 26,000 Fcfa
