ASCENCIA BUSINESS SCHOOL French higher education school which plays a leading role in the training of future business and management professionals, based on the values ​​of academic excellence of individualized follow-up of training courses and international opening is launching a call for applications for the recruitment of several BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS (BDM) for the relocation of its campuses in Cameroon in the cities of Yaoundé and Douala.
MISSIONS AND TASKS
Its main missions will be to:

– Define the commercial strategy of the institution;
– Ensure the development and implementation of the commercial plan;
– Achieve volume, market share, training and certification coverage rates as agreed in our market strategy;

The tasks will consist of:

– Defining the weekly action plan in line with the commercial strategy;
– Organize and monitor prospecting actions;
– Supervise staff;
– Participate in weekly meetings for general coordination activities;
– Write daily reports for the sales team.
– Implement specific field sales and marketing actions
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Bac +3 minimum in marketing, sales or management;
• Minimum (03) years of experience with reference in a sales or marketing executive position;
KNOW-HOW
• Experience in selling services (Training and Certifications) as a manager of different types of customers (B2B);
• Be visionary and be a force for proposals;
• Good coaching skills;
• Mastery of IT tools (Office Pack);
• Mastery of sales team management;
SKILLS TO BE
• Be a source of initiative;
• Have leadership skills to motivate the sales force and achieve set objectives;
• Rigor, sense of organization and work autonomy;
• Sense of priorities and organization;
• Ability to adapt to changes, to deal with emergency situations;
• Dynamic and able to work technically under pressure;
