Glotelho is a leading Cameroonian company in the online and surface sales of telephones and accessories, laptops, telecommunications equipment, electronic devices, household appliances, furniture, and much more. We are looking for Showroom Salespeople to join our team and help us provide excellent customer service and increase sales.

 

 

Responsibilities

As a showroom seller, you will. :

– Welcome customers to the showroom and help them address their concerns.

– Demonstrate and explain the characteristics and benefits of the products on display.

– Recommend suitable products to customers based on their needs and preferences.

– Closing sales and placing customer orders

– Arranging delivery and installation of products as requested by the customer

– Following up with customers after the sale and providing after-sales service.

– Handle customer complaints and solve problems in a prompt and professional manner

 

 

– Maintain cleanliness and order in the showroom.

– Regularly update product knowledge and sales skills

– Promote and present products in an attractive way to increase sales (merchandising).

Requirements

To succeed as a showroom seller, you must have:

– A degree or bachelor’s degree in marketing, commerce, sales, sociology or a related field.

– Previous experience as a sales representative, preferably in a related industry.

– Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

– Empathy, kindness, flexibility, drive, honesty, integrity and intelligence

– Initiative, sense of responsibility, problem-solving ability and customer-oriented attitude

– Knowledge of products and market trends.

– Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
