•Advise customers (Answer questions and dispel their concerns);
•Follow up customer complaints in the portfolio if necessary;
•inform and retain customers/prospects by offering customers to renew their subscription and notifying them of the release of new products;
•Carry out teleprospecting and telepromotion;
•Target the offer according to the profile of its interlocutor (sex, age, etc.)
•Ensure the achievement of objectives in terms of turnover;
•Sell the company’s products or services online;
•Ensure the reporting of activities.

Profile of the candidate
•Be a man or a woman,
•Graduated from higher education;
•Knowledge of Sales and Marketing Techniques;
• Good communication skills and a good ability to argue,
• Oriented (e) results
• Having experience in the field would be an asset;
•Computer proficiency in World and Excel would be desirable;
•Good physical health, good presentation and ability to work under stress.
•Good practices of the English language.
