We are recruiting Telemarketers within the company LGL Transport Cameroon for the Douala agency.
Duties :
You are responsible for:
Teleprospecting and Chartering
- Finding prospects.
- Contacting prospects
- Daily contact with prospects
- Transmission of the customer to a sales department staff
- Telephone reception and call redirection to the right contacts.
- Receipt of transport needs by email or telephone
- Selection of the most interesting offers and negotiation of the transport price in order to conclude a sale with a carrier.
- Submit transport offers on freight exchanges.
Required profile
- Experience 1 to 2 years in a similar position;
- Bilingual French/English, German is a plus;
- Training: Bac+3 minimum in marketing, sales and commerce;
- international transport regulations;
- Sense of involvement and sense of priorities;
- Good writing skills and ability to convince;
- Mastery of the Office Pack and be comfortable on the phone;
- Qualification: qualified employee;
- Place of work: Yaoundé-Cameroon;
- Weekly working time: 40 hours;
- Sector of activity: Transport of goods.
You are rigorous, organized, versatile, convincing and have good interpersonal skills . In addition, you know how to work independently, reactive and have a good spirit of synthesis. You must be able to integrate quickly into a work team;
