Telemarketers 

We are recruiting Telemarketers within the company LGL Transport Cameroon for the Douala agency.

Duties :

You are responsible for:

Teleprospecting and Chartering

• Finding prospects.
• Contacting prospects
• Daily contact with prospects
• Transmission of the customer to a sales department staff
• Telephone reception and call redirection to the right contacts.
• Receipt of transport needs by email or telephone
• Selection of the most interesting offers and negotiation of the transport price in order to conclude a sale with a carrier.
• Submit transport offers on freight exchanges.

Required profile

•  Experience 1 to 2 years in a similar position;
• Bilingual French/English, German is a plus;
• Training: Bac+3 minimum in marketing, sales and commerce;
• international transport regulations;
• Sense of involvement and sense of priorities;
• Good writing skills and ability to convince;
• Mastery of the Office Pack and be comfortable on the phone;
• Qualification: qualified employee;
• Place of work: Yaoundé-Cameroon;
• Weekly working time: 40 hours;
• Sector of activity: Transport of goods.

You        are rigorous, organized, versatile, convincing and have good interpersonal skills. In addition, you know how to work independently, reactive and have a good spirit of synthesis. You must be able to integrate quickly into a work team;
