We are hiring
Prudential Beneficial Insurance is looking for its development needs 1 Fraud and Investigation Manager based in Douala

Main missions
• Implement the necessary investigations to respond to cases of doubt observed.
• Analyze the relevance of fraud alerts and follow up.
• List and analyze identified fraud in order to prevent it.
• Educate the teams on the fight against fraud.
Main activities :
• Prioritize fraud alerts to improve departmental performance and savings;
• Analyze the supporting documents;
• List and analyze identified fraud in order to prevent it;
• Participate in the drafting of litigation files with a view to legal action;
• Ensure the reporting of weekly (or monthly) activity and prepare the elements defined for the authorities (fight against fraud, etc.).

Prerequisites:
– Training: BAC + 3 Management or equivalent / insurance / law with experience in the processing of benefits, in investigation or in the fight against fraud;
– 3 years minimum experience in the field of insurance (Life and Non-life);
– Mastery of the Microsoft package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
– Bilingual
