Recruitment Notice: Garage Secretary
NAME of the company: GROUPE MAGNONG SARL, is looking for an Automotive Garage Secretary (semi-trailers and passenger cars)
Job Title: Garage Secretary
Place of work: Douala -port area
MISSIONS : As a garage secretary, your main missions will be:
- Realized activity monitoring tools such as dashboards and schedules etc…
- Perform the accounting follow-up of used parts and residues in the garage
- Receive and record breakdown reports from drivers
- Organize meetings and write minutes
- Manage the follow-up of administrative and technical documents, archive them, sort them etc…
- Record failure declarations in the system and in the registers of each vehicle
- Record the tasks performed on each vehicle.
Profile Required:
GENDER: Male/Female
Level of study: BAC+3 MINIMUM
AGE: 27/45 years old
Professional Experience: 3 years minimum in a similar position
Language: French/English
