INITIAL TRAINING: BACCALAUREATE + 5 in Commerce, Marketing, Sales and Negotiation, Generalist or Mechanical Engineering Diploma
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 2 to 3 years minimum
AGE: between 25 and 35 years old
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE TO ACQUIRE THE JOB
Good command of computer tools, in particular spreadsheets, Notions of accounting, Notions of business management, Knowledge of the downstream oil sector.

MISSIONS OR PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Write various notes and correspondence; Monitor, control and manage the risks (financial, human, environmental, technical) inherent in the type of management of consumer, industrial, wholesaler, semi-wholesaler or retailer customers of domestic gas adopted by TRADEX SA; Monitor, control and manage the gas supply chain in its area of expertise; Achieve the tonnage and margin objectives of the clients in its portfolio; Plan and monitor the execution of gas supplies for service stations, resellers and consumers; Monitor stock levels in the various depots in its geographical coverage area (SCDP, TRADEX Gas Store); Ensure the implementation of procedures and various strategies; Develop the customer portfolio through prospecting actions; Carry out customer profitability studies; Ensure optimization of cylinder rotation by taking daily orders from each customer in his portfolio; Animate a multi-channel distribution network and provide solutions to the difficulties encountered by customers (Distributors, industrial and individual consumer customers); Ensure competitive intelligence in its geographical coverage area; Monitor the behavior of the Wholesaler vis-à-vis its retailers and compliance with TRADEX requirements in the field (compliance with the sale price to retailers, organization of artificial shortages); Follow up on customer accounts via ERP (SAP) and debt collection; Regularly draw up balance agreements for clients in its portfolio; Ensure the implementation of TRADEX SA procedures and various business development strategies; Permanently train and retrain customer contacts (service station personnel, distributors, consumer and industrial customers).
