Assignment : 

Main missions :

• Operational implementation of the Management’s action plan in connection with project management activities and maintenance work management;
• Execution of preventive and curative maintenance work on the company’s assets;
• Participation in the design of the company’s real estate projects.

Activities:

• Operational implementation of the Management’s action plan in connection with project management activities and management of maintenance work;
• Execution of preventive and curative maintenance work on the assets and real estate infrastructures (buildings, electricity, plumbing, etc.) of the company;
• Optimized and justified implementation of the budget for any technical operation;
• Development of specifications for service providers and terms of reference for technical calls for tenders;
• Elaboration of proposals for technical solutions with a view to improving equipment and installations;
• Negotiation of maintenance contracts while guaranteeing the quality of the work;
• Carrying out technical analysis work on the sites identified for construction and drawing up proposals or related remarks;
• Monitoring of the execution of technical maintenance work and the management of intervention teams;
• Application and compliance with QHSE rules by any service provider on the company’s sites.

Profile : 

• Design engineering degree (generalist, civil engineering, public works, etc.);
• 7-8 years of experience, including 3 on major construction projects.

Level of studies: INGENIEUR

Specialization: Technical / Mechanical

Level of experience: Experienced (from 6 to 10 years)

Languages: 
French: Fluent
English: Good practice
