Recruitment notice: German-speaking customer support
We are looking for a competent German-speaking Customer Support to join our telecommuting team. The selected candidate will be expected to provide technical support to customers, answer their questions and resolve problems encountered. Optional knowledge of Portuguese and French would be an asset for this position.
Requirements:
– Excellent level of command of German
– Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and in a team
– Optional knowledge of Italian, Portuguese and French
– Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
