Recruitment notice: GPS SUPERVISOR

BEETLE HERITAGE HOLDING SA is currently looking for a (01) GPS SUPERVISOR for its headquarters based in Douala .

Under the supervision of the Operations Director, the GPS SUPERVISOR must ensure the management and monitoring of GPS tracking of the fleet as well as the administrative tasks to be entrusted to it.

 

 

 

ACTIVITIES

–           Use the GPS tracking platform

–           Inform the traffic management platform

–           Inform the position of vehicles at any time (real-time monitoring of delivery programs).

–           Ensure the monitoring and maintenance of the platform in liaison with the supplier(s).

–           Alert the DEX if any anomaly is observed that could pose a risk to the company.

–           Collect all unauthorized restriction violations and submit them to the DEX.

–           Take stock of incidents and anomalies daily with the DEX.

–           Bring out reliable reports on the data collected.

–           Develop the reports to be generated.

–           Implement an action plan for GPS tracking.

–           Assist the DEX in its administrative tasks and certain missions to be entrusted to it

–           Security, Location and Reduction of costs linked to our rolling vehicles.

–           Optimization of distribution fleet management.

–           Guaranteed the quality of operations.

–           Optimization of logistics costs.

REQUIRED PROFILE

• Hold a Baccalaureate (minimum)

•   Have experience of 01 year (minimum) in a similar position
•  Mastery of GPS tracking platform management software.
•  Management of relationships, personal safety and quality standards.
•  Ability to analyze and synthesize
•  Fluent in English and/or French
•  Mastery of IT tools and accounting software packages; commercial.

Work location:  Douala, Cameroon.

Contract:  Permanent contract (CDI).
