I. Background
Impact Santé Afrique (ISA) is an African based NGO in Cameroon whose main objective is to contribute to the improvement of the health of populations by setting up transformative and sustainable programs that will save lives and improve the health of our communities. (For more information, visit www.impactsante.org)
As part of its activities, ISA is looking for a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for providing graphic design and layout services. Additionally, the selected candidate will be required to work closely with the Social Media team to create engaging content that will enhance the organization’s visibility online.

II. Responsibilities
Within the Communication Department, he/she will:

• Design and prepare documents for printing, including newsletters, invitations, posters, etc.;
• Design creative content to support digital platforms, with a focus on the most innovative: filters, stickers, infographics, etc.
• Ensure consistency between the brand image of the organization, the message and the creatives.
• Collaborate and brainstorm creative solutions with the team.
• Be a driving force behind new concepts.
III. Qualifications required
• Advanced degree in Computer Graphics, Communication, Journalism or any other related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
We are looking for a passionate, creative candidate who will know how to work in a team, be reactive, versatile, organized, rigorous, and autonomous.

• Experience in creating Social Media Toolkits would also be an asset.
