Recruitment notice: Graphic designer (Infographer)

JOB OFFER

 Position: 1 infographer

 Sector of activity: Real estate

 Location: Akwa Douala

 

 

I- MAIN MISSIONS:

1. Strategic demand analysis

• Master the facets of the communication strategy in order to meet the expectations of the hierarchy related to the execution of the annual communication plan;
• Know the global universe of the brand; understand the evolution and guidelines of the graphic charter (colors, shapes, signature, etc.);
• Observe industry trends by studying competitors’ communication visual production techniques and identify media campaigns that may have worked with the target.

 

 

2. Design of communication elements

• Make sketches and models that will illustrate the strategic recommendations presented by the hierarchy;
• Make sure to establish the correlation between the visuals and the textual content while ensuring the highlighting of the marketing arguments to facilitate the understanding of the message
• Improve the suggestions retained by the hierarchy and make them evolve taking into account the remarks made by the whole team;
•   Think about the viability and sustainability of the company’s visual identity.

 

 

 

3. Production and adaptation of advertising communication media

• Have skills in the use of different 2D/3D modeling tools;
• Anticipate and organize your workload by planning the different stages of production and respecting deadlines;
•   Rework each element of the graphic chain until obtaining the validation of the proof to print (BAT) before printing in large series;
• Monitor and ensure the smooth running of the production stages of the various communication media in collaboration with the Communication and Marketing Manager.

4. Software skills

• Master computer graphics, multimedia editing, editing and creation software
• Master at least three of the following software:

-Adobe      Photoshop

-Adobe      illustrator

–      Adobe premier pro/Adobe after effect

–      Blender

–      Figma

II- RESEARCH PROFILE:

• Minimum level: BAC + 2 plus training in computer graphics
• Professional experience: At least two (2) years in the field
• Age: 25-32 years old

 

III- PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES:

• Teamwork and under pressure
• Sense of organization
• Good internet culture
• Rigor and respect of deadlines
• Good command of English and French
