Position to be filled GUARANTEES SERVICE MANAGER
POSITION MISSIONS
Collect and guarantee the conformity of all the bank’s guarantees (Individual customers, SMEs/SMIs, Institutionals and Corporates);

 




 

POSITION ACTIVITIES
Ensure that the decisions of the credit committees have been notified to clients and that the latter have accepted them,
Guarantee the good quality of the collection of guarantees, the appraisals of goods requested,
Ensure good relations with the notaries and real estate experts:
Guarantee quality service within satisfactory deadlines,
Write and maintain operational procedures
Ensure consistency between guarantees collected
Ensure that all guarantees are digitized and deposited in the shared directory
Follow the return land titles transmitted to Notaries
Ensure the revaluation of guarantees
Carry out a quarterly inventory of guarantees collected and transmitted to the Service Implementation of loans with supporting report;

 

PROFILE OF THE HOLDER
Higher education diploma (BACC +4 minimum) Law, Banking-Finance or banking diploma (ITE)
Seniority in the bank of at least 05 years (in any field of the Bank),
Successful banking experience,
Experience in the management of guarantees
Knowledge
Mastery of banking procedures in his prior field of activity:
Mastery of banking, legal and tax regulations,
Ability to adapt to any new activity of the bank very high
Practical knowledge of English for guarantees in the language international,
Mastery of various conservation and classification techniques
Know-how
Ability to verify the conformity of guarantees with the Bank’s commitments,
Ability to analyze and synthesize
Report writing capacity;
Ability to manage one’s time and respect deadlines for restitution and receipt of guarantees, Ability to carry out critical analysis and be proactive
Ability to plan and organize one’s workload
