Our Health and Benefits (H&B) division helps companies optimize their health and welfare plans, in particular by controlling costs and improving employee satisfaction through innovative approaches. Our activities encompass the design of creative plans, the evaluation and management of contracts, the study of pricing and financing strategies, data analysis and governance. We mainly provide specialized consulting services in all these fields and expertise related to personal insurance.
As the H&B Sales and Business Development Manager, you will lead a wide variety of projects related to prospecting, sales, collections, coaching sales reps, providing full technical support to the sales and support teams to customers, by providing expertise and technical support in coordinating reviews and outlooks. Naturally, you will serve H&B customers, contribute to new business acquisition and activities, be involved in commercial relationships and participate in the creation of a culture of excellence, innovation and the growth of the intellectual capital. Your various actions and responsibilities must aim to significantly increase Cameroon’s H&B income.
University degree
Experience: more than 7 years and success in the commercial development of health and provident schemes;
Strong skills in marketing and in commercial and sales strategies;
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering quality results on time and on budget;
Proven success in client acquisition and management and experience in developing client relationships. In-depth knowledge and mastery of local markets;
Neat and well-developed oral and written communication skills, perfectly bilingual (French and English);
Strong interpersonal and team skills, initiative and ability to work in ambiguity;
Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues;
Strong analytical and creative skills;
Experience and ability to train/manage junior staff and lead staff;
Ability to see the “big picture” and leverage related resources and practices to address client business challenges;
Mastery of the office pack (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
