YOUR MISSION

Reporting to the Finance Department, your mission is to:

• • Implement and lead an accounting supervision program: General and auxiliary accounting (Customers, Suppliers), Cost Accounting, payroll, bookkeeping, etc.
  • Produce accounting and financial administrative documents with rigor and reliability;

• Respond to the requirements for optimizing the processing times of financial information and actively participate in controlling the company’s risks and costs;
• Calculate taxes due and tax results. Carry out social and tax declarations and ensure their liquidation;
• Constantly monitor accounting, financial and tax news.

For this purpose, you will have to:

• Propose improvements to Accounting and Financial methods and procedures;
• Ensure the accounting record of all the company’s operations;
• Ensure proper accounting management of Customer and Supplier accounts;
• Anticipate tax risk and proceed with tax declarations and settlements;
• Calculation of fixed asset acquisition costs and carrying out inventories;
• Perform analysis and regular lettering of accounts;
• Control the cash register, the bank and track the delays in the regularization of the instances;
• Perform reconciliations of third-party accounts;
• Ensure the daily deployment of cost accounting;
• Participate in the definition of the analytical accounting settings adapted to the activity and the analyzes useful to managers or operational staff;
• Participate in the production of analysis statements highlighting the indicators and ratios useful for monitoring activity and cash flow;
• Guarantee the effectiveness of the monthly payment of the payroll in accounting (SAGE software);
• Participate in the budget process;
• Actively pilot tax audits / CNPS in collaboration with the Finance Department;
• Manage monthly closings and participate in the preparation of Financial Reporting;
• Lead year-end work to prepare financial statements.

REQUIRED PROFILE

Diploma  :

• Bac +3/4 in Accounting / Finance / Management or similar discipline.

Experience :

• Solid experience of five (5) years in a similar position, experience in an accounting firm would be an asset.

Technical skills :

• Have excellent knowledge of general accounting (including the assembly of the DSF);
• Good command of cost accounting and budget accounting;
• Good knowledge of tax law and company law;
• Mastery of OHADA regulations;
• Perfect mastery of figures and computer tools (spreadsheet, database design, wise accounting, etc.)
