Recruitment Notice: Head of Agency F/M

SOGEA-SATOM brings together the permanent activities of VINCI Construction in Africa, where it has carried out all construction trades for more than 100 years: road works and earthworks, hydraulic works, civil engineering and building.

Present in some twenty countries, SOGEA-SATOM brings together more than 14,000 employees of 28 different nationalities.

We are looking for a Head of Agency for our structure in Cameroon to ensure the sustainability and development of our activities in this territory.

Reporting to the Regional Director, and independently on the agency, you are responsible for the technical, financial and commercial management of the activity on your perimeter, and its development, in accordance with the guidelines set by the management and in compliance with Group policies.

Your main tasks are:

• Technical, functional and organizational management: you ensure the proper functioning of the agency, in compliance with standards, in particular, productivity, quality, overall performance and ethics of the company
• Commercial management and development: you develop and manage your agency’s order book. You make sure to develop your commercial network in line with the direction and strategy of the company
• Financial and economic management: you are the guarantor of the results of your activity.
  You are the guarantor of the progress of your construction sites in compliance with the Group’s safety and environmental policy that you are responsible for disseminating.
• Management of people while respecting VINCI values: you ensure the development of women and men by ensuring that the social climate and working conditions are maintained; you ensure the adequacy of resources to the needs of your market and you ensure the application of the Vinci ethics and behavior charter and compliance with the Human Rights Guide
