MAIN MISSION
Ensure the management of pre-litigation with defaulting customers in compliance with the rules in force
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
o Bac +4 in Banking and Finance, Business Law Criminal law, or any related field
o Minimum of five (05) years of experience in a similar position o Bilingualism would be an asset
REQUIRED SKILLS
o Good knowledge of the banking sector o Good knowledge of business law and litigation o Mastery of negotiation techniques applied to collection o Mastery of verbal communication techniques and writing o Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) o Integrity o Team spirit
Organization and rigor

MAIN ACTIVITIES
The Head of Collections Department is mainly responsible for:
o Verification of the level of provision of the Bank’s compromised debts as well as reversals of provisions;
  The conduct of actions specific to pre-litigation (field visits, valuation of assets, drafting of memorandums of understanding, etc.) the validation of summary notes in each file tracing the history of relations with the debtor and indicating the amounts to be recovered and the actions taken; your preparation and participation in litigation/recovery committees, then the drafting of related reports; o periodic readjustment of provisions and clearing of goodwill (closing of files with zero balance, transfer to the Exploitation of credit files);
O Validation of the transfer of cases to litigation, if applicable; o Monthly reporting of activities within its scope (recovery, file entries, seizures-sales, actions).
