Head of Commercial IS Department – (2300001O)
Description

Missions & Main activities

Lead and coordinate the evolution of systems around the commercial IS (Intelligent Network, Billing, provisioning, mediation)

 

Manage and coordinate evolution projects around of the Commercial IS scope
Support the teams in the proper execution of the projects of the Commercial IS ecosystem roadmap
Design and manage the implementation of systems in line with the overall IS architecture

Conduct the specification phase of the appropriate tools or solutions in response to expressed business needs
Ensure the creation and deployment of the specified tools, in accordance with the standards in force
Participate in decisions concerning IS strategy, changes in application and technical architectures and software choices
Ensure the evolution of existing functional components according to expressed business needs

Propose technical and functional initiatives to ensure the optimization of business processes
Follow up the developments and capacities of the perimeter systems
Ensure the production of reference documents for the solutions or systems deployed.
Provide team management

 

 

Ensure skills development and develop the talents of Service Engineers
Supervise, plan and coordinate service activities
Develop the activities of implementation of offers and services according to the business roadmap

Coordinate and Ensure the Delivery of quality offers and services
Guarantee the implementation of commercial offers until their effective production within the required deadlines (in accordance with the Time To Market )
Validate the design of solutions in line with business needs

Qualifications

Training: BAC + 5 in the field of electronics, IT or telecommunications

Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar position, engineering & architecture preference information systems in the telecommunications sector
