MAIN ACTIVITIES

 

Ø  Guarantee the permanent development of the skills of your team and the adequacy of resources in order to meet the entity’s objectives

• Supervise employees and ensure their skills development
• Establish and implement a work program to gradually empower employees in their respective activities
• Provide specific training to improve employee skills.

 

 

 

Ø  Manage and coordinate the development and execution of the Department’s budgets and Business Plan based on the roadmap

• Define the action and development plan for the Department’s activities in order to develop a budget estimate
• Deploy and implement actions while respecting the allocated budgets
• Ensure the effectiveness of their implementation

Ø  Contribute to the efficiency and optimization of the Department’s processes

• Ensure compliance with the effective implementation of procedures in place

 

 

 

Ø   At the management level

• Supervise, lead and plan the work of a team, ensuring the development of team skills
• Support and develop employees individually and collectively
• Evaluate the performance of its employees and propose individual and collective skills development plans
• Lead and motivate your team and encourage synergies between the different actors
• Share and exchange with your team information relating to your entity and/or its management and/or the company
• Implement, monitor and communicate on performance, sizing and quality indicators linked to its scope
• Communicate on the achievements of your team
• Guarantee compliance with the application of processes linked to its activity and participate in their development and improvement

 

Ø   At the business level

• Implement the Orange Digital Center strategy: subjects, technologies, speakers, projects, partners
• Manage all activities of the code school: validation of concepts and implementation of training, Talks, projects, internships, partnerships
• Ensure the monitoring and launch of developed projects
• Evaluate the effectiveness of actions
• Implement a strategy for the animation of the Orange Tech Club network in universities with the code school
• Design and develop programs within the code school and other components of the Orange Digital Center program: Solidarity Fablab and Orange Fab

 

Ø   At the general level

• Manage projects or certain strategic action plans
• Manage the inaugurations of ODCs in Universities
• Present/Propose/Defend strategic projects at company committee level or externally
• Participate in company projects: HR or other

 

 

Qualifications

 

Typical training: Bac  + 5 Engineer in Telecommunications or other fields

Experience with a mobile operator or an IT services and engineering company. Experience in team management .

 

Ideally specific advanced training in project management (PMP type)

Minimum experience  : 5 – 8  years of experience (Experience in the telecoms sector or an IT services company is desirable
