Missions
Societe Generale Cameroon is looking for a General Services Manager for the Department of General Means.

For this Category 10 position based in Douala, the incumbent will have the following missions:

– Ensure the expertise and evaluation of buildings and leases at the request of the Commercial Departments, in conjunction with the Risk Department, either directly or through a real estate expert with approval and appearing on the list of experts approved by SEGL/JUR

 



 

– Ensure the management of the mail, in particular the quality of the reception of the mail and its distribution in all the services as well as the dispatch of the mail, in liaison with all the services of the bank and the external service providers, according to the rules for security and safeguarding the interests of the bank

– Ensure the processing of invoices received by optimizing the use of tools dedicated to this operation; to ensure with the administrations and constituted bodies, the administrative formalities aimed at obtaining visas, residence permits, certification of documents

 




 

Main activities
Expertise, valuation of buildings acquired or taken as collateral

Evaluate and appraise the buildings to be taken as collateral by SGCAM, to be acquired by auction according to the rules of the art and in conjunction with the Risk Department, the Business Commercial Department or the Individual Commercial Department.
Have an expert approved by SGCAM appraised and appraised, when the value of the building is presumed to be higher than the chosen threshold (currently FCFA 100 Ms), the buildings to be taken as collateral by SGCAM, to be acquired by auction according to the rules of the art and in conjunction with the Risk Department, the Business Sales Department or the Individuals Sales Department.
Check with the cadastre and the town hall the documents attesting to the ownership of the buildings


Mail and service provider management

Ensure the reception and reception of customers
Ensure the reception and sending of folds and parcels
Coordinate the activity of service providers in charge of mail distribution
Frank all folds

Management and follow-up of invoices

Ensure the reception and recording of invoices

Management of relations with the Public Administration

Process residence permit files for expatriates, visa applications, filing of signatures in police stations and legalization of various documents
Follow the documents to be renewed and anticipate the constitution of the files concerned to reduce the waiting time

DIPLOMA profile : Engineer or Minimum Bacc+4/5 in Law, Management Sciences or related disciplines

EXPERIENCE:

– Minimum five years of professional experience in the field

– Real estate expertise justified by an approval would be an asset
