Express Union Group SA is looking for an Internal Control Manager on a permanent contract.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

QUALITY

BAC + 4/5 minimum in Accounting/Finance/Management science/Audit or any other related diploma;
Minimum experience of 5 years as an auditor in the banking/financial sector or in an external audit firm;
Good computer skills:
Fluency in English and French:

SKILLS

Fluency in internal auditing standards;
Survey and investigation methods and tools;
General accounting:
Budget management;
Mastery of the Office pack
Knowledge of banking regulations
Risk management:

Plan and conduct audit assignments;
Develop survey and investigation tools:
Analyze and assess information:
Analyze and assess accounts;
Analyze and assess procedures;
Analyze the risks;
Write investigation, inspection and audit reports;
Organize training;
Use communication techniques;
Animate meetings;
Argue his opinions/decisions in order to convince:
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITY

MAIN MISSIONS

Under the responsibility of the Audit Committee and Chief Executive Officer, he reports all detected weaknesses, inefficiencies, risks and proposes relevant recommendations so that these weaknesses are dealt with and resolved as soon as possible.

MAIN QUALITY

Develop the multi-year internal control audit plan and ensure its implementation:
Plan and ensure the performance of missions to assess the compliance of operations with the procedures in force;
Carry out specific missions at the request of the leaders;
Promote and anticipate the risk management process;
Maintain relations with external controllers:
Follow up on recommendations from internal and external audits;
Carry out the reporting of its activity;
Assess the relevance and compliance with internal procedures, regulations and laws in force;
Supervise, lead and train the team of internal auditors;
Internal relations with all departments and departments of the company according to the scope of intervention;
Control the regularity of the financial statements according to the rules and procedures in force:
External relations with the auditors, the external auditors, etc…;
