JOB OFFER: CCA BANK SA is looking for 01 Islamic Finance Department Manager.

The position of Islamic Finance Department Manager is open within the Islamic Finance Department of CCA BANK.

I- MISSION

Implement the bank’s commercial and development policy regarding Islamic Finance with a view to developing, preserving and growing its business.

II- PROFILE

Hold a baccalaureate+4 minimum, in Banking Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business School, Engineering diploma)
Have professional experience of at least 04 years in the field of Islamic Finance;
Have solid Arabic language skills (spoken, written and comprehension).
III- HE/SHE MUST HAVE

TECHNICAL SKILLS

BEHAVIORAL SKILLS

Knowledge of the foundations of Islamic Finance;
Knowledge of Islamic banking products and services (Mourabaha, Musharaka, Istisna’a, Credit cards, etc.);
Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques for Islamic banking products;
Knowledge of the provisions relating to Sharia provisions relating to Islamic banking products;
Knowledge of AAOFI accounting;
Knowledge of the methodology for setting price scales for different Islamic banking products.
Knowledge of AAOIFI and CSO Sharia compliance standards;
Knowledge of prudential rules specific to banks and Islamic banks;
Knowledge of Sharia audit mechanisms.
Respect the life principles of Islamic Finance;
Have a good sense of communication;
Organization, planning, autonomy;
Be able to work in a team;

Analytical mind, attention to detail;
Sense of ethics and discretion;
Have public speaking and animation skills;
Strength of proposal and conviction;
Rigor in the collection and processing of data;

IV- MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop the action plan (production, means and operating objectives) taking into account the strategy, orientations and result objectives of Islamic Finance for a defined period;
Detect the characteristics and opportunities of the program (partnership, seminars);
Develop local commercial relationships by supervising at least 2 visits per day (visits, campaigns, etc.);
Prepare customer credit application files to be transferred to the credit committee;
Maintain a high level of quality of service for existing clients through in-depth knowledge of their activities;
Represent Islamic Finance to local professional bodies, associations and groups having an active role on the market in Cameroon;
Supervise the collection and verification of account opening documents and development of KYC then transmission to Compliance via the work flow document;
Supervise account openings and their movements, particularly to alert money laundering operations.
