Head of Commercial and Corporate IS Department – (2200009G)

Description Missions & Main activities Define and implement the strategy and budgets relating to the Commercial and Corporate ISDefine the strategy for the evolution of the Platforms of the Commercial and Corporate IS perimeter: invoicing, collection, mediation, access channels, order taking and customer relations, etc.Create and manage the implementation of investment budgets for the Commercial and Corporate IS scopeDefine and ensure the implementation of the roadmap for projects in the Commercial and Corporate IS scope by integrating business priorities and technical constraints and challenges (obsolescence, technical debt, etc.)Anticipate the capacity needs of platforms within the Commercial and Corporate IS scope
 



Develop collaboration with the Orange Group Support teams and strategic suppliers in the Commercial and Corporate IS scope
Develop activities to implement quality offers and services according to the business roadmap

Support the creation and implementation of the business roadmap, taking into account the IS constraints and inputs of the Commercial and Corporate IS scope
Convince of an optimal allocation of resources for the development activities of offers and services
Participate in the development of offers and services in accordance with the SLAs validated and communicated to the business lines

 



 

Create automatic methods of unit testing of offers and services to ensure their effectiveness.
Contribute to avoiding incidents after the opening of new offers and new services
Develop proximity with the Business, ITN Security and Operations teams
Participate in internal digitalization and relations with customers and partners

Influence the creation and implementation of the company’s digitalization plan in collaboration with the business teams
Develop digital interfaces for exchanges with customers and partners: Supplier portal, etc.
Contribute to increasing the availability of digital channels for internal exchanges: HR IS, etc.
Accelerate robotization of internal and external processes.
Ensure the achievement of Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) and optimize the Operational Expenditures (OPEX) of the Commercial and Corporate IS

 




Create the operational plan of the Commercial and Corporate IS perimeter and ensure its implementation
Participate in the optimization of operational costs during the acquisition of new platforms and changes to existing platforms
Influence the convergence of IS platforms
Create and manage the human resources development plan for the Commercial and Corporate IS scope

Ensure the upskilling and development of its teams on technical aspects (Hard Skill ) and on cross-functional aspects (Soft Skill)
Create the succession plan for resources within its scope of activities
Boost agility within its teams
Participate in the coaching and support of its team’s resources
Convince and inspire its teams through its leadership and exemplarity
Play a referent and advisory role with the DSI, the DRS, the teams businesses and Corporate Entities
Promote and convey the values ​​of Orange Cameroon and good collaboration (Team spirit, Collective, Trust, Audacity, Innovation, Transparency, etc.) within the
 



Qualifications

Training Department: BAC+5 in the field of IT

Experience: At least 5 years in the Management of information systems for Telecom operators
