Main mission: Lead and develop the portfolio of companies in the Large
Businesses and Financial Institutions sector to achieve assigned objectives,
particularly in terms of winning customers, developing jobs, GNP
and resources.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Definition and implementation of the strategy in the Large Enterprises and Financial Institutions (GEIF) segment
• Design and implement the bank’s strategy in relation to clients in the GEIF segment according to the
bank’s classification criteria (enterprises multinational, regional, large local companies,
insurance companies, brokers, financial institutions, etc.);
• Structuring commercial offers allowing the bank to be competitive with profitability in correlation
with the guidelines of the DCE, and in compliance with the bank’s constraints and procedures;
• Ensure a strong, differentiated and multifaceted commercial presence of the bank in the customer segment;
• Be the bank’s main contact with customers and prospects in this business customer segment
and regularly report activities to the DCE.
Coordination of operations
• Ensure the efficient achievement of the objectives assigned to this service;
• Ensure synergy with other commercial departments, notably the Individual Customers
and Network Department and Treasury to ensure cross-selling of the bank’s products and services;
• Develop the portfolio budget in accordance with the bank’s commercial policy and monitor its
implementation;

• Participate in the definition of the risk policy and its implementation, for the portfolio’s clients;
• Participate in the recovery of overdue portfolio commitments.
Team management and reporting
• Plan, coordinate and control department activities;
• Lead and efficiently develop a team of managers and possibly support staff dedicated
to the service to achieve individual and collective objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED SKILLS REQUIRED
• Minimum BAC+5 in Banking and Finance,
Business Management, Corporate Financial Management Control
, Market Finance, Banking and Currency,
Commercial Management, ITB level II diploma or any
other similar discipline;
• Have professional experience of at least 5 years
a similar position;
• Bilingualism (French – English) would be an asset.
