Description
MISSIONS & ACTIVITIES
Manage the service
Secure its scope of activity by ensuring a permanent increase in competence of the resources of its service
Ensure the supervision of its team (monitoring of the tables of steering board, team meetings)
Ensure the permanent achievement of the objectives assigned to the service
Develop team spirit in the service
Ensure legal monitoring in order to integrate all legislative developments impacting the company
Identify new texts, ensuring their dissemination and appropriation.
Ensure the follow-up of all complaints addressed to the company in compliance with the deadlines and internal procedures in force
Ensure the follow-up of all legal proceedings of any kind in which the company is involved
Monitor and update update in real time the role of the hearings
Ensure the proper keeping of the files by an exhaustive and orderly classification of the constituent elements
Digitize and archive the exhaustiveness of the files of its perimeter in the dedicated tool
Develop and ensure the follow-up of the defense arguments in connection with the lawyers
Ensure the effective monitoring of the processing of invoices for fees, expenses of Lawyers and other legal auxiliaries (Fees and expenses pocket in each file / Monitoring table for legal auxiliaries)
Hold regular activity reporting sessions with his team
Respond 100% of seizures made in the hands of Orange Cameroon by third parties within the legal deadlines
Process third-party complaints
Keep a log of all complaints received
Collect response elements to complaints from operational
departments Finalize responses within the time limits
Deal with legal requisitions
Ensure that the requisitions received by Orange Cameroon come from the competent authorities (Prosecutor, Judicial Police, Administration, etc.)
Process and provide the requisitions received by questioning the dedicated platforms and/the operational departments concerned,
Write and send response letters to the requisitions processed
Detect and systematically report any malfunction observed inherent in the system Report
on its activities
Present the report on its activity at the scheduled intervals
Follow recovery procedures in the files sent by the Customer Service Department
Analyze and check the content of the files
Assess the timeliness of prosecution
Appoint the lawyers
Follow the procedures
Represent the company before the courts and respond on behalf of the company to summonses from the police / judicial authorities Attend
the summonses
Represent the company at hearings before the Courts
Write the minutes / accounts reports of hearings and exchanges, and send them to the hierarchy within 24 hours
Ensure the follow-up of actions following these hearings and summonses
Keep the monitoring tables of its activities
Keep the monitoring tables of its activities up-to-date
Qualifications
Training- type: BAC+4 minimum in Law (preferably Private Law)
Minimum experience: 3 years minimum in the legal field
Main location: CM-Littoral
