Holder of a BAC+4 in (in business management, IT, accounting, banking, money and finance or any equivalent diploma); • Have a minimum of five (5) years of confirmed electronic banking issuance.

Main Responsibilities
Understanding the needs of the commercial sector;
Ensure the processing of order files from the sales force;
Ensure meticulous monitoring of the stock of card bodies, triggers the order and ensures delivery to the customizer;
Ensure compliance with contractual SLAs for providing agencies with cards and PIN Mailers for issue within 02 weeks maximum;
Supervise the processing of expired cards;
Ensure production and ensure delivery of cards and PIN mailers for issue on time;
Ensure the correction of occasional incidents on cards within the deadlines (48 hours max);
Assist and train the network’s Card Agents, Brand Ambassadors and CSOs;
Monitor the evolution of production scraps;
Ensure the distribution of cards issued to customers;
Monitor card stock inventories in collaboration with the DCI;
Ensure control of the price of card personalization (minimize costs while respecting deadlines;
Ensure the processing of card-related complaints;
Ensure monitoring of unsuccessful transactions and education of holders;
Analyze the encrypted data and issue cross-referenced actions (sales-achievement-prospects);
Process cardholder card limit increases;
Process cards with anomalies;
Monitor carrier activity: unattributed carrier files, abusive carriers, carrier incidents;
Ensure the effectiveness of the supporting fraud management system;
Ensure the destruction of cards that have been in stock for several months (03 to 6 months);
Ensure the processing of services associated with the card (PIN reissue, opposition, etc.);
Participate in technical and regulatory monitoring;
Ensure a role of electronic payment technical referent within the unit;
Collect and consolidate relevant information;
Support the launch of the product (testing, technical validation);
Participate in Quality and Internal Control systems;
Produce business statistics and their analysis.
