Main mission • decline and coordinate the bank’s marketing and multichannel strategy in line with its overall mission.
OBJECTIVES AND MAIN ACTIVITIES
Implementation of the Marketing policy
Collect and analyze customer needs;
Develop profitable banking products adapted to customer needs;
Define a pricing policy adapted to each product marketed;
Develop merchandising studies appropriate to the commercial strategy;
Participate in customer segmentation and targeting in accordance with the orientations of General Management;
Identify, implement and evaluate marketing actions attractive to customers (promotion, advertising, place);
Establish strategic alliances for the development of new products or new distribution channels;
Define the different campaigns to be carried out and coordinate their deployment in collaboration with the Communications Manager;
Develop and execute the Marketing budget.
Competitive monitoring
Conduct satisfaction surveys on different products and services and on the behavior and evolution of our customer base;
Conduct product and pricing benchmark studies on the market;
Monitor market developments, collect data in the field and carry out continuous improvement.
Supervision of the activity
Motivate and develop the marketing team to achieve their objectives;
Organize, coordinate and lead the marketing team;
Ensure reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED SKILLS REQUIRED
BAC+3 minimum in Marketing, Communication, Commerce, Sales or any other similar field; Minimum 4 years of experience in the field of marketing ideally in the banking sector or in a communications strategy consulting agency;
Bilingualism (French – English) would be an asset. Knowledge
– Knowledge of the banking environment
– Solid knowledge in marketing and digitalization of services

– Good mastery of budgetary planning, pricing and product profitability
– Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
