Assignment :

• Implementation and management of an integrated management system (IMS) in line with the vision and strategy of the General Management;
• Updating of operational procedures in relation to business risks (regulations, standards, recommendations from General Management and the Board of Directors, etc.) and non-compliance resulting from audits;
• Establishment and updating of dashboard indicators, analysis of the results of internal audits carried out and deviations, interpretation of applicable standards;
• Drafting of the annual activity report;
• Carrying out all activities and tasks entrusted by the hierarchy;
• Implementation of self-checking tools;
• Compliance of its activity with the procedures and law in the field;
• Technology watch;
• Reminder of the obsolescence of documents and the provision of compliant tools;
• Optimization and harmonization of procedures;
• Consolidation and monitoring of process performance indicators;
• Management of the SMI and the updating of processes according to the operations of the general management;
• Compliance control of the documents produced (compliant letterhead, compliance with the graphic charter, etc.);
• Analysis of the quality of the functional and technical documentary base, the level of formalization and compliance of internal documents with standard models.

Profile :

• Bac+5 in QHSE or other similar training;
• 07 or 08 years of significant professional experience.
