Main mission: Ensure project management and organizational tasks within the
bank and ensure the continuity of operational performance.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
1: Supervise and support the Head of Projects Department in his missions, in order to contribute
effectively to better governance of the bank’s projects
✓ Ensure the continuous improvement of the project governance framework
✓ Ensure alignment strategic initiatives validated, before entering the portfolio
✓ Ensure the proper management of the project portfolio
✓ Guarantee the proper execution of the projects in the portfolio and ensure the submission of the
necessary arbitrations if necessary
2: Supervise and support the Head of Organization Department in his missions, in order to ensure the control
and the evolution of the normative framework of the bank and the organizational processes
✓ Ensure the development and the evolutionary management of the enterprise architecture
✓ Contribute effectively to the development of the master plan of the information system
✓ Propose and ensure the conduct of validated certification initiatives for the methods applied within
the bank
3: Bring real added value, within the framework of the management of the current migration project. To this
end:
✓ Ensure perfect collaboration and constructive exchanges between the bank and its
external stakeholders, but also between the bank’s internal stakeholders
✓ Ensure the definition of an adequate change management plan and its proper implementation ✓ Ensure
, in post-production, adequate monitoring of residual points and any corrective measures that
will be required
4: Develop and professionalize the service management center, to handle requests
submitted in particular to the Projects, Organization and ‘Information.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES REQUIRED SKILLS REQUIRED
• Engineer / Bac + 5 in management of
information systems, management of
organizational projects, IT or any
other related disciplines
• Experience of at least 7 years in the
fields of organizational consulting,
management of projects, process optimization
, change management
• Knowledge
– Good knowledge of banking professions
– Solid knowledge of banking applications
• Know-how
