JOB OFFER: CBC Commercial Bank of Cameroon – Head of Reporting Department

Commercial Bank of Cameroon is looking for 01 Head of Reporting and Performance Department for the needs of its services.

 MAIN MISSIONS

The Head of the Reporting and Performance Department:
Monitors and analyzes performance;
Carry out financial studies and breakdown of different costs; Carry out legal and regulatory reporting;
Performs management reporting;

Monitors control and reporting activities;
Develops and implements procedural management and monitoring tools, as well as verification of their proper use;

PROFILE WANTED
Age group: 40-45 years
Basic training: Bac+4 in the field of Accounting and Business Management, Banking and Finance, Auditing and Management Control
Professional experience: five (05) years minimum significant experience in the field (banking experience would be an asset);
Have experience of at least two (02) years in a management position

 KNOWLEDGE AND REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION
Have a good knowledge of the financial, budgetary, accounting and tax regulations applicable to banks;
Have good knowledge in the analysis and processing of financial information;
Have a good command of financial analysis and computer analysis tools such as spreadsheets, databases and accounting software;

Know how to structure dashboards and provide information and analyzes Know how to develop forecast plans (action plan, budget);
Be methodical, rigorous, voluntary, available, discreet, work as a team,… Know how to achieve team objectives.
