SOSUCAM, Cameroon Sugar Company, SOMDIAA Group is recruiting a Head of Small Packaging Department CDI/Executive.

Position based in Mbandjock/Nkoteng

Missions
Ensure the maintenance of lump sugar production lines and bagging machines;
Monitor the production of sugar cubes, packaging in 1kg, doypack and logs;
Monitor stocks of lump sugar by type in the maturing room and scraps intended for reprocessing;
Reduce losses of sugar, packaging and raw materials while respecting the ratios;
Ensure the safety of industrial equipment within small packaging;

Plan and monitor the work of maintenance teams to optimize downtime for small packaging;
Participate in the development and execution of annual operating and investment budgets by controlling expenses;
Ensure compliance and application of food safety, people and environment quality procedures within small packaging.
Profile
Hold a BAC +5 in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance;
Have a spirit of innovation and proactivity, be rigorous, curious, methodical, have good interpersonal skills, have a good team spirit and a sense of results;
Master industrial manufacturing techniques, Master design, drawing and maintenance management software; Master computer tools;

Have a minimum experience of 3 years in a similar position or 5 years in the agro-industrial sector;
Having worked in a company in the agro-industrial sector would be an asset.
