Notice of call for applications N°0019/DPO/DH of August 16, 2023 for the
recruitment of volunteer staff from the clothing brand HANDI CHIC.
The Community Based Organization KAMITIK AFRICA as part of the development of its clothing brand “HANDI CHIC” created by the Disabled, we are recruiting volunteer staff for a short term, capable of becoming employed in the medium / long term within the framework of the operationalization of the Small and Medium Enterprises incubator and accelerator project called CAMTEX LAB “Cameroon Textile Laboratory” in the textile cotton value chain, an initiative of the proCOTON project of the Deutsche Gesellschaft fûr Internationale Zusammenarbeit “GIZ” whose Cameroon is a beneficiary and we were selected during a selection held last February 18 and 19 among the ten best incubated in this first vintage. Faced with this new challenge, an additional need for volunteer staff is presented for a positive expansion of the HANDI CHIC brand in order to further demonstrate the know-how of this vulnerable layer within an inclusive society in the Littoral Region and more specifically the Department of Wouri. To this end, we are recruiting:

JOB DESCRIPTION
The post of RCFP is the one who coordinates and animates the work of drawing up the vocational training card, according to socio-economic needs. It must control the quality of the services provided by the various stakeholders in the vocational training sector and proceed with their evaluation. The elaboration of the development strategy for continuing vocational training in statistics and applied economics. This Department is more specifically responsible for providing oriented training for professionals based on practice and experience, on specific strategic and economic themes, with a view to maintaining their level of culture; also contribute to the search for HANDI CHIC’s own resources.
– Coordinate the work of developing and revising professional continuing education programs, in conjunction with the various operators;
– Coordinate and animate the work of drawing up the vocational training map, according to socio-economic needs;
– Control the quality of the services of the various stakeholders in the vocational training sector and carry out the periodic evaluation of the operation and performance of the vocational training apparatus;
– Promote partnership actions aimed at the development of vocational training, in particular with development partners:
decentralized local authorities, public establishments, the private sector and non-governmental organizations (NGOs);
– Promote the development of international cooperation programs in the field of vocational training and monitor them.

– Set up a development strategy for the Training Center;

PROFILE
Hold a Bac + 2 minimum in the clothing industry or other equivalent diplomas;
Be between 25 – 40 years old;
Being of M/F sex;
Have a professional experience of at least three years;
Master the computer tool;
Be an open person with the ability to establish and develop contacts;
Be of good character and professional integrity.
DOCUMENTS TO PROVIDE :
Letter of motivation addressed to the General Administrator of HANDI CHIC including the position requested;
Updated curriculum vitae of no more than 3 pages with at least two reference contacts;
Photocopy of the highest diploma
Photocopy of the National Identity Card in addition to a National Disability Card for people with disabilities.
