In order to strengthen the team in place,  Yoomee Mobile is  looking for  a Head of Treasury and UV Management Department . The activity of the Head of Treasury and UV Management Department provides good visibility of the company’s expenses and resources. 

ASSIGNMENTS

Under the direct supervision of the Administrative and Financial Director, the Head of the Treasury and UV Management Department will have the following main missions:

• Fluidify, make reliable and secure cash flows; Management of flows and balances;
• Determine the cash budget in collaboration with the other departments to assess the cash needs in order to solicit or not the external partners (Bank, holding…);
• Establish dashboards by summarizing and communicating an analysis to General Management:
• Draw up the cash point according to the frequencies defined by his hierarchy; 
• Management of cash operations and cash management;
• Set up bank and cash reconciliation procedures and audit them; 
• Optimize costs and financial products;
• Management of operational risks related to financial flows. 
• Ensure UV Management in the System; 
• Ensure the correct accounting of cash transactions

REQUIRED PROFILE

• Hold a Bacc+4/5 in a higher business school, finance option or in a university specializing in economics, finance, commerce or management, justifying a relevant experience of at least 05 years in cash management. 
• Mastery of the functioning of banking operations; 
• Have a perfect knowledge of database tools; 
• Know how to use accounting data; 
• Mastery of IT and cash management tools; 
• Tax knowledge; 
• Sense of confidentiality and rigor; 
• Sense of ethics and probity; 
• Good spirit of analysis and synthesis; 
• Be a force of proposal; 
• Good interpersonal skills;
