SUNU Assurances IARD Cameroon is recruiting a Health Manager (F/M)

MISSION

Under the supervision of the Health Service Manager, the Health Manager’s
mission is to contribute to the profitability of the Health branch through the selection of risks and
rigorous monitoring of operations

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Analyze the client’s request and verify the conditions of acceptance from the information collected;
Present the solution adapted to the client;
Establish quotations and contracts for health risks;
Follow up on health card issues with brokers and other partners
Manage contracts placed directly;
Regularly monitor reimbursements with brokers for contracts under management and for direct contracts;
Record claims paid by brokers and other partners in the business software

. Carry out systematic control of claims documents at brokers.

PROFILE

Hold a DTA or Bac+3 in Insurance
Experience of at least 1 year

REQUIRED QUALITIES

Rigor, organization, high sense of priorities;
Capacity for analysis and synthesis;
Compliance with internal procedures;
Willingness to understand the company’s strategic orientations;
Mastery of the technical management of personal insurance;
Ease in relationships and communication;
