1. Optimize the management and monitoring of contracts:

Receive and manage requests for incorporations and withdrawals for Health & Life contracts according to the procedure;
Ensure accurate and timely transmission of staff movements to companies
Prepare renewals in relation with Customer Service Managers
Be available for any internal or customer complaints.
Invoice the fees of clients in Management
Follow the configuration of contracts.
Monitoring and processing of the term without omission;
Issue rewards in LISA and Turbo;
Ensure the classification of physical and virtual files according to the health process
Check the content of contracts before transmission
2. Prepare annual monitoring schedules

Plan renewals in accordance with the procedure;
Plan, prepare and monitor adjustment riders for issuance;
Plan the transmission of contractual documents to the companies;
Plan the monitoring of regulations;
Keeping the slip for sending contractual documents to Insurers
3. Providing innovative solutions in coordination with his hierarchy

Participate in meetings and work relating to the research and development of solutions
Be proactive in the optimization of tools and processes ;
Respect for values, ethical rules and local compliance and the Group
Work as a team and in good collaboration with colleagues from the department, the various departments and the hierarchy
Participation in the good reputation of the company both internally and externally
Compliance with Company guidelines by demonstrating professional behavior
Minimum two years of professional experience in an insurance company or insurance brokerage ‘assurances
Mastery of Microsoft Office tools + Ease with numbers
Sense of organization and respect for commitments
Graduate diploma at Bac +2 level in Insurance or a DTA
Fluency in French and English
