Recruitment Notice: Home Specialist at Orange

Main missions
Propose the Home operational marketing plan based on the strategic marketing plan and the expected business objectives Carry out
targeting and operational segmentation that make it possible to achieve the objectives set for each offer, campaign and /or value proposition
Continuously improve knowledge of the Home customer as well as their experience at all points of contact with the brand and adapt the customer journey according to market
developments Develop an onboarding program for new Home users
Assume responsibility for achieving the objectives assigned to the Home segment
Guarantee leadership and ensure growth in market share in volume in relation to expectations

 

 

Qualifications

Training: BAC + 4/5 Marketing / Sales / Business school

Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in a company ideally in services and in within a sales or marketing
