HR PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIP (HR ASSISTANT)

Mission: Apply and update Routd’AF’s HR policies and procedures
Job activities:

Participate in the conduct of recruitment processes (sorting of CVs, evaluation, organization of interviews or tests, etc.)
Administrative management of site scores
Monitoring of the various HR dashboards
Participate in the organization of events
Produce monthly HR reports
Qualifications:
————————————
Hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management
Experience in Human Resources management is desirable
Knowledge of Cameroonian labor law
Master World and Excel
