The BEETLE HERITAGE HOLDING SA Group is currently looking for one (01) HR BUSINESS PARTNER for one of its subsidiaries based in Douala.
The HR Business Partner ensures all or part of the development and administrative management of human resources for a given population (function, site, establishment, region, etc.). He brings his HR expertise to operational staff.
ACTIVITIES
Participation in defining the HR strategy
– Understand and implement the HR strategy defined by Management within the factory.
– Determine flagship projects based on this strategy and operational expectations (report them to your hierarchy).
– Propose and validate the nature and schedule of HR projects with your hierarchy.
– Monitoring and control of the payroll, recruitment and training process within the factory
Advice and support for operational staff
– Respond to requests from operational staff in all areas of HR (labor law, training, recruitment, employment contracts, career management, remuneration, IRP management, etc.).
– Call on specialized expertise, if necessary, (internally or externally).
– Provide support to managers in the application of labor law and in team development (recruitment, career management, etc.).
– Support operational staff in their decisions relating to HR (recruitment, dismissal, evaluation interview, promotion, conflict, social litigation, etc.), help them integrate the HR variable into their strategic decisions.
– Define and ensure the application by operational staff of all HR procedures.
Implementation of HR projects
– Lead multiple HR projects corresponding to the HR strategy: implementation of the HRIS, new organization chart, organization of working time, etc.
– Coordinate activities, monitor and control implementations.
– Implement HR monitoring and reporting tools.
– Evaluate operational staff’s satisfaction with the HR service provided and the expected results.
PRP 10 Manager
– Hygiene of staff members, facilities for employees; training
– Updating HR procedures and processes
Profile
– Academic level: Bac +4/5 specialized in Human Resources Management, Labor Law, Sociology, Psychology.
– Additional training and/or qualification: Business school (ideally with option or specialization in human resources)
– Professional experience: 5 years minimum in a similar or management position
– Have a very good command of Social Law and Labor Law;
– Have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and Sage Payroll;
– Fairly good knowledge of training management and skills assessments;
– Good experience in managing HR projects;
– Have good conceptualization skills to develop projects;
– Ability to support change in the company;
– Be result-oriented;
– Be methodical, organized and rigorous.
– Strength of conviction to put ideas and projects across, as well as a certain capacity for negotiation
– Know how to manage a team
