Tradex is looking for an HSEQ Manager as part of its activities.

MISSIONS

Set up an HSEQ management program.
Evaluate, prevent risks and propose risk mitigation measures
Ensure safety reporting and establish monitoring tables

Ensure awareness and training of staff in health, safety and environment
Ensure awareness and training of drivers, in collaboration with the operations department, in Health, Safety and the Environment
Ensure strict compliance with safety rules by our carriers
Develop emergency and intervention plans
Implement the safety and Environment approach within the company
Develop/Monitor the environmental impact studies
Prepare for certification audits
Ensure compliance with regulations
Conduct field inspections
INITIAL TRAINING

Master 2 in HSE, QSE, or Technical Engineering Diploma (BAC+5) with a minimum of 3 years experience in the QHSE industrial field
KNOWLEDGE ESSENTIAL TO ACQUISITION OF THE POSITION

General knowledge in the technical field / Risk management
Knowledge of the regulations relating to health, safety, the environment and working conditions
Knowledge of ISO quality standards or more generally of quality standards health, safety, Environment (ISO 9001v 2015, ISO 14000v 2015, ISO 45001v 2018)
Experience in implementing a QSHE policy
Management experience in the QHSE field ADVANTAGES
