GENERAL MISSION
Develop, implement and coordinate policies relating to human capital management with a view to achieving the objectives of LA REGIONALE BANK.
In this capacity he/she is responsible for implementing the
• Human capital recruitment process;
• Human capital administration process;
Performance monitoring process
• Human capital training and capacitation process.

PROFILE
• Have a Bac +4 level of study in HR, law,
social sciences. JOIN US
• Have proven professional experience of at least 5 years in the areas mentioned above within
a bank or in a firm practicing in the
above-mentioned fields;
• Have held positions of responsibility;
