What you can expect from the mission:

As a Human Resources Intern based in Cameroon, you will have to carry out the following missions listed in a non-exhaustive manner:

 

 

Support on administrative management of personnel and relations with institutions/service providers
Assist Service Lines and Functions Country support on recruitment,
Support on the implementation and compliance with Human Capital procedures
Support on the implementation of the Human Capital action plan
Be the internal focal point for employees’ HR needs
Write activity monitoring reports

 

 

 

What we expect from you:

Have a master’s degree or any other equivalent diploma in human resources
Have the ability to adapt, including to digital tools, mastery of the IT and office environment;
Have a good capacity for analysis, understanding and a spirit of synthesis;
Be proactive and reactive with a strong sense of respecting deadlines;
Be dynamic and autonomous;
Have a team spirit;
Have good written and oral communication skills;
Be able to work in complete confidentiality;
Have a good command of French and English
