Public limited company with Board of Directors with a capital of 500,000,000 FCFA, FINANCE POUR LE DEVELOPPEMENT – CAMEROUN SA ( FIDEV CAMEROUN SA) is
a 2nd category microfinance institution, headquartered in Yaoundé. It is deployed in an agency and its missions consist of the facilitation and provision of savings, credit, and transfer vis-à-vis natural and legal persons in Cameroon.
Recruitment context
Coordinate all activities related to Human Resources Management. Manage everything related to HR areas (social and fiscal legislation, career management, recruitment, training, remuneration, insurance, etc.),
Presentation of the Position
I. Objectives / Summary of the position
Under the authority of the Head of Administrative Department, Financial and Accounting
• Ensures the management of Human Resources and the administrative management of the Establishment in accordance with the national legislation in force, the collective agreements of the profession and the company agreements
• Supervises social relations, that is to say the dialogue with the social partners (Staff Representatives, etc.)
• Ensures compliance with the obligations with the social and control bodies (MINEFOP, CNPS, FISC)
• Supervises the administration of the personnel of the human resources put into service in the Establishment
• Ensures internal communication
• Ensures the training and development of staff to meet the skills that the Establishment needs
• Ensures the management of the payroll with the other elements of remuneration and motivation
• Ensures the management of the conflicts
• Follows the health cover according to the conventions of insurance, hygiene and health
II. Responsibilities
• Understanding and declination of the Human Resources strategy and analysis of its impact
• Strengthening staff capacities and management of career paths
• Supervision and supervision of teams
• Administrative management of staff
• Management of collective rules and internal communication
• Ensuring quantitative needs and quality of the company in terms of personnel
• Manage the careers, promotions, transfers and compensation of employees
• Implement the staff recruitment and integration policy
• Set up forward-looking management of skills and mobility plans
• Set up and monitor the HR projects
• Other tasks
Profile
Age / Gender: Not specified
Diploma / Level of study:
• Minimum BAC+3 Level training
• Have a professional or university degree in HR or a management discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Very good knowledge of the finance sector
Competence and experience
• Have a good knowledge of the regulatory framework in terms of Labor legislation and payroll management
• Know the professional networks and the prospects of the job market
• Know the techniques of animation, organization and communication
• Know how to negotiate in a difficult context
• Master HR management tools
• Be bilingual (English/French)
