An Industrial Company is looking for HR MANAGER for the needs of its services Under the supervision of the Resources Director, his mission will be:

MISSION : Recruitment and development of human capital

 

 

RESPONSABILITES

ü  Participation in the definition and implementation of an HR strategy according to the strategic objectives of the company and with the aim of supporting teams in their development within the company

ü  Recruitment management

ü  Ensure all internal and external replacements following legal processes

ü  Establish job descriptions and job descriptions for all functions,

ü  Develop staff skills

ü  Provide training adapted to the company’s human capital development needs

ü  Ensure the support and management of operational teams; coach teams

ü  Carry out all studies necessary for the development of human capital

ü  Submit and carry out improvement plans

 

 

 

The profiles sought are as follows :

EDUCATION, COMPETENCES ET EXPERIENCE :

-Baccalaureate level + 3 and above in Human Resources; 2 years minimum experience in human resources.

-Having an HR certification would be an asset.

–      Have a solid knowledge of management, communication and psychology.

–      Have good knowledge of Labor Law

–      Be aged at most 35

 

REQUIRED QUALITIES :

-Great openness of mind; great ability to adapt;

-Determination, Dynamism;

-A sense of detail, a spirit of creativity and responsiveness;

-Analytical capacity and high level of synthesis

-Quality of leadership and sense of leadership
