JOB OFFER – Express Union Finance GROUP: Human Resources Manager

EXPRESSUNION is recruiting a Human Resources Manager

Profile Sought

BAC +3 minimum in Human Resources Management/Management Science Sociology or any other related diploma:
Minimum experience of 3 years as a human resources manager in the financial banking sector or in an HR expertise firm; – Mastery of GEPEC applications: ERP would be an asset:
Mastery of English and French:

 





Skills

Know the legislative and regulatory systems in terms of HRM:
Master the techniques, methods and tools of Human Resources management:
Have and develop a strong relational;
Master Communication techniques
Master negotiation and conflict resolution techniques: – Impeccable professional integrity.
Main mission

Under the responsibility of the Director of Administration, he is in charge of recruitment, training and daily management of activities related to HR management.

 

Main Responsibilities:

Implement HR policy within the company
Ensure daily updating of personnel files
Establish procedures for personnel administration;
Monitor affiliation and family allowance files for staff and retirement with the CNPS;
Develop, implement and evaluate Training Plans:
Establish a personnel management and motivation system: – Establish a career development policy;
Supervise payroll administration and personnel management:
Ensure regular HR reporting.
