SPRINT PAY is a provider of digital and financial services, specializing in application development and training, is looking for the needs of its services for a Human Resources Manager (M/F)
Duties:
– Manage recruitment by preparing job descriptions, publishing advertisements and managing the recruitment process;
– Manage disciplinary issues;
– Management of the administrative follow-up of employees (leave, contract, payroll, training, entry and exit, etc.);
– Monitoring career development;
– Ensures the transmission of information to all staff;
– Collection of expectations and needs of employees.
– Training-experience required
– Hold a BAC+3 in business administration, human and social sciences
– Proven experience as an HR manager;
– Knowledge of labor law and disciplinary procedures
– Proficiency in MS Office;
– Ability to develop a strategy, and leadership skills;
– Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
– Ability to solve problems and make decisions;
– Strong ethics and reliability
Working conditions :
