Notice of call for applications N°0020/DPO/DH of August 16, 2023 for the recruitment of volunteer staff for the HANDI CHIC clothing brand.
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
DESCRIPTION
The position of Human Resources Manager (HR) is responsible for the recruitment policy, human relations management and social management of the HANDI CHIC brand. He/she reports directly to the General Administration.
– Personnel management: the HR department is responsible for defining and implementing a recruitment policy, promoting career management (mobility, assignments, training, etc.) and proposing a remuneration policy.
– Social Management: He/she develops the motivations for the development of a project with different forms of employee participation (profit-sharing). The RRH implements the labor legislation in force and negotiates with staff representatives within representative bodies (unions).
– He/she guarantees the quality of the social climate by seeking the adherence of staff to the vision of the HANDI CHIC brand; and by disseminating economic and social information related to these objectives. Man or woman of dialogue and listening; he/she must be able to reconcile different points of view and be an excellent negotiator. The management of individual and collective conflicts is an important part of its activity within the HANDI CHIC brand. Like all the brand’s senior executives, he/she travels extensively. In certain circumstances, his schedules are flexible: high availability essential; he/she is fluent in English or even a second foreign language.
MISSIONS:
A. Administrative management:
– Organize recruitments (trainees, CDD, CDI);
– Prepare all administrative documents relating to the hiring and departure
(dismissal, resignations, end of CDD, retirement, death, etc.) of staff;
– Update the organization chart;
– Monitor the integration of new recruits;
– Monitor contract deadlines;
– Monitor staff absences (sickness, leave, annual leave, maternity leave, etc.);
– Write HR administrative correspondence (information note, memorandum, assignment note, etc.);
– Collect complaints, requests from staff and forward them to the hierarchy;
– Monitor staff mobility and careers;
– Manage staff travel (mission order and related costs)
– Maintain staff files;
– Participate in the development of social dashboards.
B. Training and evaluations
– Collect training needs and analyze them;
– Follow the training plan;
– Collect staff evaluations and synthesize them.
C. Payroll management
– Prepare payroll items;
– Distribute payslips;
– Store pay slip liners;

D. Management of external relations
– Manage all CNPS benefits (registration, termination, family allowance, maternity leave, work accident, etc.
– Monitor the update of the employer’s account at the CNPS;
– Prepare quarterly and annual declarations of the workforce and Submit them to the competent authority
– Update employer registers –
Relay with the occupational physician –
Manage staff health insurance (incorporation, withdrawal, reimbursement file)
QUALITIES
– Master all areas of management of human resources GPEC;
– Master the computer tool;
– Ability to update dashboards and write reports;
– Master the tools specific to the management of human resources;
– Respect for confidentiality;
– Strong ability to analyze and assess situations, rigor and responsiveness;
– Have a sense of work organization;
– Having worked in voluntary work is an asset;
– Have interpersonal skills;

PROFILE:
Hold a Bac + 3 minimum in Human Resources Management;
Be between 25 – 40 years old;
Being of M/F sex;
Have experience: Beginner/Junior;
Being bilingual is an asset;
Master the computer tool;
Be an open person with the ability to establish and develop contacts;
Be of good character and professional integrity.
Have a professional experience of at least three years.
DOCUMENTS TO BE PROVIDED:
Letter of motivation addressed to the General Administrator of HANDI CHIC including the position applied for;
Updated curriculum vitae of no more than 3 pages with at least two reference contacts;
Photocopy of the highest diploma
Photocopy of the National Identity Card in addition to a National Disability Card for people with disabilities.
