Assignment : 

MAIN MISSIONS  

Establishment of an HR organization specific to the company

ACTIVITIES

  • Ensure, at the strategic level, the establishment of an HR organization, the definition and development of the HR budget, the analysis of human capital management issues as well as the proposal of an effective human capital strategy;
  • Be in charge, operationally, among other things, of:  
    • HR and payroll administration (regulatory provisions, recruitment, personnel file management, discipline, payroll, contract and movement management, etc.)
    • performance management (elaboration of evaluation grids, planning of evaluations, post-training evaluation, etc.)
    • HR development (updating of job descriptions, development of the training plan, etc.)
    • well-being (ergonomics at work, processing of requests, health insurance, etc.)
  • Provide advice and support to other operational entities
  • Monitor HR projects (technical engineer for projects related to HRM)
  • Ensure HR reporting (reporting dashboards)




Profile : 

  • Bacc+4/5 HRM or equivalent diploma 
  • 7/8 years significant similar experience 

Level of studies: MASTER 2 / BAC+5

Specialization: Human Resources

Level of experience: Experienced (from 6 to 10 years)

Languages: 
Spanish: Fluent
English: Good practice
